Manager of Programs and Inclusion, Eyebeam

For more than five years, I worked at the arts non-profit, Eyebeam, stewarding the organization's programs and work towards equity and inclusion.

A group of Black, Indigenous, and Folks of Color gather in front of the Judson Church altar in celebration, some are sitting on the wooden floor and others are kneeling or standing in the group. Many are smiling and looking at the camera.

Artists of Color Council Coordinator

For two years I served as the staff member coordinator for the Artists of Color Council at Movement Research.

Consultancy

I consult for NYC-based arts organizations with a focus on justice, equity and inclusion. In 2019 I coordinated a research project with the former organization Disability Arts New York Task Force (DANT) to develop an internal report focused on the possible technical and conceptual specifications for an artistry registry for NYC’s disability arts communities by collaborating on guidelines and leading a series of focus-group meetings and one-on-one interviews.
